How to Submit a Copyright or IP Notice

Email hello@banqeta.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include your full name and role as rights holder or authorised agent, identification of the work you claim is infringed, the exact location of the allegedly infringing material such as a specific URL or in-product location, a brief explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised, your contact details including email address, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

What happens next: we may remove or disable access to the material, contact the uploader, and request further information where needed.

Response and Counter Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was an error or misidentification, email hello@banqeta.com with the subject line "Copyright Counter" and include identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal, a brief explanation of why you believe the removal was a mistake or why you are authorised to use the material, and your contact details so we can reach you promptly.

We will review the information provided by both parties and decide whether to restore access, keep the material disabled, or request further detail.

Repeat Infringers

Banqeta adopts and implements a policy to warn, suspend and where appropriate terminate users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Standard Technical Measures

Banqeta accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by rights holders to identify or protect their works, where those measures are lawful and consistent with industry standards.

Misuse

Knowingly submitting false or abusive notices may result in action against your account and potential legal liability.

Reservation of Rights

Banqeta may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, terminate accounts in accordance with this Policy, and disclose information where required by law. Nothing in this Policy constitutes legal advice.
