How to submit a copyright/IP notice
Email hello@banqeta.com with the subject “Copyright Notice” and include:
Your full name and role (rights holder or authorised agent).
Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
The exact location of the allegedly infringing material (e.g. specific URL or in-product location).
A brief explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised.
Your contact details (email and any other preferred contact method).
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
What happens next: We may remove or disable access to the material, contact the uploader, and request further information where needed.
Response / counter information
If your content was removed and you believe this was an error or misidentification, email hello@banqeta.com with the subject “Copyright Counter” and include:
Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
A brief explanation of why you believe the removal was a mistake or why you are authorised to use the material.
Your contact details so we can reach you quickly.
We will review the information provided by both sides and decide whether to restore, keep disabled, or request more detail.
Repeat infringers
Banqeta adopts and implements a policy to warn, suspend, and, where appropriate, terminate users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
Standard technical measures
Banqeta accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by rights holders to identify or protect works, where those measures are lawful and industry-standard.
Misuse
Knowingly submitting false or abusive notices may result in action on your account and potential legal liability.
Reservation of rights
Banqeta may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, terminate accounts in line with this Policy, and disclose information where required by law. Nothing in this Policy is legal advice.
