There are no setup or maintenance fees. A single monthly subscription covers your account, platform access, and support. The monthly fee is only charged once your business has passed KYB verification.

Yes, you can move between plans at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Upgrades are applied immediately and the fee taken pro-rata from the payment card registered with Banqeta.

Yes. Every Banqeta account includes digital wallets for supported digital assets alongside named traditional currency accounts in USD, EUR, and GBP. Send, receive, and convert between traditional and digital currencies from one platform.

Banqeta does not charge fees to receive digital currency. A 0.1% processing fee applies to outbound digital currency transfers. FX spreads apply to all exchanges and vary by pricing tier.

Not currently. Banqeta operates on monthly subscriptions to give businesses full flexibility. Annual options may be introduced in future.
